PORTRAIT FRAMES THE [ALTRUIST] IN YOU
What is this campaign about?
Being related to ART, the brand states a short-term campaign that addresses the ideal of transforming suffering into art.
Of all forms of resilience, ART, is one of the most known in the collective imaginary; and struggle, thus pain, the primary status of many forms of art, from music, to poetry, acting, sculpture, painting and others. Expression (art expression) is sharing.
And from the PORTRAIT’s point of view, embracing pain as an opportunity to share yourself with others; instantly makes you an ARTIST
That’s why for every pair of glasses sold through our online store, we entirely donate €100 to alleviate the most needed in this global emergency through different charitable organizations.
See the list of NGOs at the bottom. You just need to leave a note with the organization of your preference at checkout!
From Artist to Altruist.
We are an art-centric brand that not only designs unique pieces inspired in art movements but also promotes current emerging artists that give an innovative contribution to society.
In this sense, our payoff has always been “PORTRAIT Frames the ARTIST in You”, a claim that puts the brand in the position of the observer that recognises the wearer as a work of art that deserves to be framed.
In an effort to fully empathize with the current global emergency, the brand’s payoff has temporarily shifted into “PORTRAIT Frames the [ ALTRUIST ] in You”.
